Fresh Ink from The Initiative

amp2

We are pleased to announce that The Ink Initiative project is off to a promising start. Over the last few weeks, we have had a fair amount of sales and some really good press such as being feautured on Thrilllist. For those of you who have purchased a print, we would like to thank you for your support. Please make sure to spread the word and stop back often since we will be adding new prints on a pretty regular basis.

Which brings us to our latest and greatest print,“Amerikan Gothic”.  So many of you have commented on how much you dig the Amerikan Made Prints promo photo that we decided to turn it into a poster.  (As shown above) This poster will be availble for purchase in the near future, so start saving today!

For those of you who have been asking if we were ever going to reprint some of the small Gocco prints  from the Superman vs Darth Vader exhibit, we have some news that you are going to love, so stay tuned!

The Ink Initiative is launched!

us2-copy

The Design Bureau of Amerika has officially launched it’s screen printing studio, Amerikan Made Prints™ and it’s first major project: The Ink Initiative. This project has been in development for about 6 months and is something that is very important to me. The concept is very simple, we will screen print posters to sell online and then donate the proceeds to a selected non-profit organization.

This is a project that I am very passionate about and for that reason, I am going to take a small break from other Bureau projects to concentrate all my focus on getting The Ink Initiative to where I feel it can go. I have some new Bureau resources, such as brushes and color swatches that I plan to upload here and I still will be updating and posting on this site but for the immediate future, those projects will be put on hold for a little while.

I hope you all will continue to visit here and support The Bureau and I hope that you will check out The Ink Initiative project. Please take a moment and pass the word on your social and professional networks about this project and help it gain some momentum.

Thanks!

>Keith
